90 Day Device Limited Warranty

What A Smoke, LLC warrants to the original purchaser of the OPTIMUM Vapor device that it will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase. During the warranty period, What A Smoke, LLC will, at its discretion, repair or replace (with a new or reconditioned unit) components that are defective. Exclusions to this warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from misuse, improper or inadequate maintenance or unauthorized modification. This Limited Warranty gives the original purchaser specific limited rights, in addition to those rights under applicable local law.

What A Smoke, LLC makes no other express or implied warranty or condition whatsoever, whether written or oral, and expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this Limited Warranty. To the extent allowed by the local law of jurisdiction outside of the U.S., What A Smoke, LLC disclaims all implied warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose. For all transactions occurring in the U.S., any implied warranty of condition of merchant ability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above. Some states or countries/regions do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incident or consequential damages for consumer products. In such states, or countries/regions, some exclusions or limitations of this Limited Warranty may not apply to the purchaser.

Warranty Claim Instructions

We will try our best to get your repaired product back to you as soon as possible. In order to do this, we request your full cooperation with respect to the warranty claim instructions below. Please adhere strictly to the following instructions:

  1. Contact us via email at the following address; info@whatasmoke.com to determine if you need to return the product. If we are unable to determine this, we may have you contact customer service directly. Do not return a product to us without first contacting us.

DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT TO STORE WHERE PURCHASED.

Contact What A Smoke, LLC we will provide instructions.

  1. Pack the items to be returned securely using the original packaging material.
  2. Please enclose the following: a) your original bill of sale, b) name, address, contact telephone/fax numbers, c) email address and d) reason for returning the item.
  3. Ship prepaid to us or to. Shipping charges to us are your responsibility.

5.            COD shipments will not be accepted by What A Smoke, LLC.

Tanks and Coils:

Due to the nature of tanks, there is no warranty Implied.

90-Day Battery Warranty:

What A Smoke, LLC guarantees all battery models free of factory defect for up to 90 days, effective the day you receive your product.

Above warranty policies do not apply to units that have been previously replaced. If your replacement unit is not functioning properly, please contact customer service for further assistance. How many units we replace is at our discretion. No more than two per event, per customer. If it is determined misuse of the product,warranty is void. Determination of misuse is at the sole discretion of What A Smoke, LLC.

We are absolutely committed to having only satisfied customers.

NOTE: This 90-Day Replacement Warranty only applies to normal product use, based on our discretion.
